Clean and Crafty training and workshops are different from most other other such events. Delegates are not shoe-horned into a pre-determined structure. Exercises, theory, techniques and presentations are presented in relation to the issues and aspirations that concern the people in the room, so content is always real and relevent. For that reason, and because everyone has enough real life drama already, there are no role-plays.

Also, on the premise that, in one-to-one interpersonal transactions, each party is 50% responsible for what they co-create, delegates are actively discouraged from talking about people who are not attending the training.
