Crafty Coaching sessions help you to communicate more effectively in order to motivate and influence others.

Crafty Coaching uses elements of Clean Language, NLP,  Appreciative Inquiry, and various other models that help to increase self-awareness and awareness of others.

Appreciative Inquiry uses a cycle of four processes focusing on:
  • Discover: The identification of processes that work well
  • Dream:     Imagining and 'future-pacing what can work well in the future
  • Design:    Planning and prioritising processes that would work well
  • Destiny:    (or Deliver) implemetnnig the plan (design)
