Diversity is both a source of abundance and a cause for celebration. 
That belief underpins all my work. 

For me, diversity is not merely the most obvious - pigmentation, gender, age - nor even the less obvious - certain invisible
 factors such as deafness or dyslexia.  Class, religion and levels of learning are also important and relevant factors if we are
to replace the many barriers that exist with bridges that help us to connect and communicate across differences.

As with other sections of this site, I will add and update material, find interesting links, and give details of related workshops,
training or other events.
