This was a very enjoyable, all too short, presentation I gave to about
100 heads of departments and teachers at a very good North London school.

Some delegates didn't 'get it' (or me), at first - and some not from first to last - not a unique experience!.
A few presented their case by discounting mine, so I am not really fure what their case was.
That was, partly, anyway, what prompted the discussion, which I always enjoy - not least for the
reasons listed in the first set of bullet points.

Made us all think and challenge at a higher level than we usually do in these sessions.
      • Very professional - established rapport with group.
      • Good passionate about the subject.
      • Extremely competent, articulate, knowledgeable. Explained concepts clearly.

    • Please add any additional comments that you may have, eg.
was any aspect of the training especially good, and/or
what other areas would you have liked to spend more time on?

      • Interesting discussion ably conducted by Michael.

How could we make this training day even better for you and your school?

      • Maybe adding role play to reinforce concepts and ideas.
      • Clearer progression through ideas/concepts/principles.
      • More specific examples - From context of education and exchanges with teams.
      • Relate more closely to specific problems/scenarios.
      • Maybe have some examples of case studies.
