Crafty events differ from more conventional training because they focus very much on challenging the limiting beliefs and bedrock assumptions that all too often provide little evidence that people have actually attended a training course!

There are no role-plays, no attempts to shoehorn delegates into a predetermined agenda and little reference to people who are not in the room. Individual presentations get immediate, focused, specific and honest feedback from the trainer, along with live coaching.
