Clean Language

Michael has talked at a number of our events, ranging from the International Clean Conference to presentations at the Clean Coaching CPD Day and the Clean Business Exhange.  His sessions are always engaging, interactive, informative and educational, and participants always leave confident that they can practically apply principles that Michael has covered - and that they can do so easily and immediately.  These are hallmarks of Michael's sessions generally and they apply in full  to '10p Thinking': A Clean and Crafty Look at The Unconscious, which was his topic at our 2010 International Clean Conference.

"To listen well, is as powerful a means of influence as to

talk well, and is as essential to all true conversation

Clean Language is an extraordinary approach to communication.
Clean questions open people's minds, and have a great effect on
the person asking, inviting an extraordinary depth of detail.

More than that, the person or people being asked can discover answers
and resources that they're unaware of until the questions have been asked.
Indeed, without the question, those resources might never be discovered.

Clean Language and Clean Questions are being utilised in a wide variety of situations. For example, I use and teach them with people I coach, train and supervise. I also work with managers, teams, supervisors, parents, coaches, teachers, sales-people, architects, mediators, youth workers, foster-carers, probabtion officers, people who run focus-groups, police officers, counsellors, interviewers, social and residential workers and many others.

My workshops on professional development and personal evolution are also informed by the underlying principles of 'Clean' as well as Crafty attributes.
