TEDX is a very prestigious event and I was proud to be invited as a speaker on the topic of Crafty Listening.

Unfortunately, my presentation was certainly the worst I've delivered for many years!
I am bitterly disappointed with my offering, not just because I think I short changed the audience,
and because I think I ruined rather than created opportunities, but also because I fell so far short
of my usual flow and fluency that I short-changed myself!

Part of me wants to keep my shortcomings in the shadows, but I also think there is merit in being
open about my failings.
